Dr. Fabian Pfefferkorn, Attorney-at-Law
Since he was admitted to the bar in 2006, Dr. Pfefferkorn has been attending to all matters of trademark, design, domain and competition law in in the law firm Lewinsky. Dr. Pfefferkorn also represents our clients’ interests before the German and European Trademark Offices, the International Trademark Authority, the Federal Patent Court, the European Union Court of Justice and civil and arbitration courts.
Dr. Pfefferkorn completed his law studies at the Universities of Tübingen and Cologne in 1999 with great distinction. During his legal clerkship at the Stuttgart Regional Court, he worked for the Chamber of Commercial Affairs and various law firms in Strassbourg and Berlin.
After his 2nd state examination in 2001, which he completed with distinction as well, Dr. Pfefferkorn initially spent four years as an examiner in the trademark department of the German Patent and Trademark Office in Munich, before he joined the Lewinsky law firm as lawyer in 2006.
Dr. Pfefferkorn received his doctorate in 2005 with a comparative law dissertation on French law (summa cum laude).
