Klaus Lewinsky

Klaus Lewinsky started to work with the firm already in 1978 during his legal studies. He joined the firm as lawyer in 1990 and devoted himself mainly to trademark area. He has been heading the firm since 1995.
After completing his legal training, with two honors, and several months of work in a New York patent and law firm and a major Munich law firm, Klaus Lewinsky gained several years of experience in a medium-sized company in the pharmaceutical industry. He managed the legal department of the company, specifically the trademark department – always in close cooperation with the marketing department.

Klaus Lewinsky places particular emphasis on the management of partly very extensive and internationally oriented trademark portfolios, individual evaluation of trademark collision monitoring as well as the enforcement of intellectual property rights, for example, in opposition, infringement and border seizure proceedings.
